HIIT Fanatic!!
This is a Great APP to utilize for your workouts. HIIT does all the thinking and planning for you, so you can just focus on working out! Whether using their workout plans or modifying a plan to place more emphasis on targeted areas, is a great feature that I utilize.
Just one suggestion for the designer of HIIT to consider. During a exercise routine, I would like to hear a notification @ the halfway point of my round. For example: If I choose to do a exercise for 40 seconds, than @ 20 seconds(when I select voice announcement) announce "Halfway". This will give me a mental indicator for me to countdown and push myself all the way through, without quitting early before the round is finished. For Example: Depending on the exercise and weight I use for the exercise, say I am @14reps and fail, yet there is still 5 seconds left for that round(enough time for another rep). If I heard the "halfway" announcement, I would know I am almost done, to just squeeze out another rep until the buzzer ends. Right or wrong, this will occur from time to time when Im busting my A__!!
Overall HIIT App is 99.85% perfect!!
