This is a great app with lots of options for interval workouts. Highly recommend the Pro upgrade. App support is also excellent, the dev got back to me right away when emailed with an issue (now resolved). Best interval timer out of several Ive used!
I got Workouts+ sometime ago & kept using it on a regular basis. I found it to be a great motivator for my core workouts and it inspires me to try to better my workout regime
Original concept for a Workout app. I really like the functionality that this app brings to my weekly running schedule. I use the settings that came with the app, but I really like the fact that you can customise and fine tune everything

Really love this app, the 3 second warnings, and the overall design; but am confused why the timer stops when I put the phone to sleep. When Im running and any touch of the screen pauses the timer this is pretty annoying. Guess Ill keep digging through the settings, and see if I cant find a mode for this.

This interval timer has the best interface out of all them. And it has presets for various workouts already. It also allows you to save your workout!

This is a Great APP to utilize for your workouts. HIIT does all the thinking and planning for you, so you can just focus on working out! Whether using their workout plans or modifying a plan to place more emphasis on targeted areas, is a great feature that I utilize. Just one suggestion for the designer of HIIT to consider. During a exercise routine, I would like to hear a notification @ the halfway point of my round. For example: If I choose to do a exercise for 40 seconds, than @ 20 seconds(when I select voice announcement) announce "Halfway". This will give me a mental indicator for me to countdown and push myself all the way through, without quitting early before the round is finished. For Example: Depending on the exercise and weight I use for the exercise, say I am @14reps and fail, yet there is still 5 seconds left for that round(enough time for another rep). If I heard the "halfway" announcement, I would know I am almost done, to just squeeze out another rep until the buzzer ends. Right or wrong, this will occur from time to time when Im busting my A__!! Overall HIIT App is 99.85% perfect!!

There were issues prior to the last update, but the developer FIXED THEM ALL! Ive tested a bunch of apps, and this is the best. - Visually attractive. Most timer apps out there are hideous. This one is much better. - Optional audio cues let you put the phone in your pocket and listen for your timers. - Combine any combination of timers to create sophisticated HIIT-style intervals. - Optionally play music with your timers.
Sleek, easy to configure and fun to use! Great pre-loaded workouts too! Developer immediately responds to questions. 5 stars if they add a customizable exercise library!!!

At first glance, this app looks like an overly complicated "stopwatch" of sorts. It is, however, a decently built little routine tracker that helps those looking for a way to monitor their exercise set times, as well as, keeping track of their rest times. You can build your own routines or, if youre looking for a quick setup, use one of the pre-built ones. Adding music to the play list is a bit convoluted and I wish there was an option to save two or three playlists (I lift to different music than I run to), but other than that, Im pretty happy with this purchase.
I use this tool in my cardio and boot camp classes. I place my iPad in the front so the timer is easy to see and all know how long we have remaining on an exercise. After writing a couple routines, it was easy and fast to program more routines. The varied sounds are fun, too, as my class always looks for variation. I can concentrate on the classes form since I dont have to remember all the moves - they are listed under the timer, with the next exercise coming up. I never was much on technology in the studio until A colleague suggested this ap. It works great. I purchased the full so I can add my own and edit them. For the low price, it is worth it! I highly recommend this App.
